Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, communicate, and administer U.S. benefits programs
  • Ensure benefit programs remain competitive and compliant with regulations
  • Lead strategic planning, management, and evaluation of H&W and retirement plans
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive Corporate Benefits or Benefits consulting experience
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Proven ability to partner with key stakeholders
  • Leadership presence with collaboration and conflict resolution skills
