Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Benefits Implementation Analyst will manage software implementation and customer support processes, including needs analysis, configuration, testing, and training for healthcare reform compliance and automated benefits enrollment.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and configure low to moderate complexity customer websites using third-party software
- Resolve routine issues for customer accounts and ensure effective communication with customers
- Conduct testing and audits of configured software to ensure proper functionality
Required qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and experience with database applications
- 1-5 years of related experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
