Benefits Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Participating in all stages of the implementation lifecycle, the full-time remote Benefits Implementation Consultant will document customer requirements, configure the Dayforce solution, and provide guidance throughout the project while ensuring customer satisfaction and effective communication with the Project Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Document and validate customer business requirements
• Configure the Dayforce application to meet documented requirements
• Develop SQL database scripts and XML transformers for integrations and interfaces

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of end-to-end Benefits implementation consulting experience with an HCM software provider
• Expertise in complex integration solutions
• Technical documentation skills
• Experience in business process mapping and organizational readiness
