- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve benefits offerings and processes
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Insurance brokerage or Benefits implementation
- Specialization in Benefits with a license in Life, Accident & Health or Sickness (Life Agent) preferred
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage broker and client relationships effectively
- Self-starter with a bias towards action and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
