Job Summary

To revolutionize leave and accommodation management, the remote Benefits Lead (Leave & Accommodation) will conduct policy reviews, define process standards, and manage complex cases while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct an in-depth review of global leave and accommodation policies and implement recommendations
  • Define and document process standards for leave intake, case management, and return-to-work protocols
  • Act as the subject matter expert on leave and accommodation legislation in key regions globally
Required qualifications
  • Deep experience in leave and accommodation management, particularly in North America
  • Proven track record of owning or building a leave/accommodation practice
  • Exceptional communication skills for translating complex topics
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
