Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits & Leave Specialist to administer and support employee benefit programs and leave management processes across a multi-state workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer employee benefit programs and manage leave administration processes
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws regarding benefits and leave
  • Respond to employee inquiries and maintain accurate records in HRIS systems
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in benefits administration and/or leave management
  • Strong working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, COBRA, and state leave laws
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably ADP Workforce Now
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reconciliation
  • Ability to manage confidential information
