Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits & Leave Specialist to administer and support employee benefit programs and leave management processes across a multi-state workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefit programs and manage leave administration processes
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws regarding benefits and leave
- Respond to employee inquiries and maintain accurate records in HRIS systems
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in benefits administration and/or leave management
- Strong working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, COBRA, and state leave laws
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably ADP Workforce Now
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reconciliation
- Ability to manage confidential information
