Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive benefits strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Manage all employee benefits programs, including health insurance and leave policies
  • Monitor benefits programs' effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Benefits
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of employee benefits programs and relevant laws and regulations
  • Proficient with excel and HRIS systems
  • Passion for sustainability and making the world a better place
