Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits and Compensation Manager for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compensation structures aligned with company goals and industry standards
  • Administer stock options, bonus and commission plans, and oversee benefit programs
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations governing compensation and benefits

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of benefits and compensation management experience
  • CCP certification preferred, along with 2+ years of payroll processing experience
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics tools
