Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits and Compensation Manager for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation structures aligned with company goals and industry standards
- Administer stock options, bonus and commission plans, and oversee benefit programs
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations governing compensation and benefits
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of benefits and compensation management experience
- CCP certification preferred, along with 2+ years of payroll processing experience
- Strong understanding of compensation principles, practices, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics tools
