Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Manager to oversee employee benefits and leave of absence programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of health, wellness, and retirement benefit programs
  • Oversee day-to-day administration of benefits programs and manage leave of absence programs
  • Develop benefits education strategies and create accessible employee communications
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, particularly in health & wellness, 401(k), and LOA programs
  • Proven ability to manage day-to-day operations and vendor relationships
  • Deep knowledge of benefits and leave-related compliance (ACA, FMLA, ADA, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Experience integrating vendor platforms with payroll systems
