Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, focusing on retirement and financial wellness programs
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations
• Experience with retirement plan recordkeepers and fiduciary advisors
• Project management skills and a proven track record in managing benefits programs for large organizations
