Benefits Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Manager (1099 Contract, Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution and continuous improvement of employee benefits and leave of absence programs
• Manage day-to-day operations, including vendor relationships, compliance, and employee engagement
• Develop and deliver benefits education strategies and create accessible employee communications

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in benefits administration and leave of absence programs
• Deep knowledge of benefits and leave-related compliance (ACA, FMLA, ADA, etc.)
• Experience in account reconciliations between vendor statements and payroll systems
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Proficient in HRIS platforms and Google Workspace
