Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Manager (1099 Contract, Part-Time).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution and continuous improvement of employee benefits and leave of absence programs
- Manage day-to-day operations, including vendor relationships, compliance, and employee engagement
- Develop and deliver benefits education strategies and create accessible employee communications
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in benefits administration and leave of absence programs
- Deep knowledge of benefits and leave-related compliance (ACA, FMLA, ADA, etc.)
- Experience in account reconciliations between vendor statements and payroll systems
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Proficient in HRIS platforms and Google Workspace
