Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Manager responsible for leading the design, implementation, governance, and administration of employee benefits and leave of absence programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management and delivery of all employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans
- Lead the annual open enrollment process, including vendor negotiation and employee education
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding benefits and leave of absence programs
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards/Benefits, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with major HRIS systems
- Strong understanding of federal and state laws related to compensation and benefits
