Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage U.S. benefits strategy and administration, ensuring competitive and compliant offerings
- Lead vendor and broker relationships, including renewals and performance management

Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience managing U.S. employee benefits programs
- Experience launching and scaling international benefits programs
- Strong subject matter expertise in benefits compliance and audit requirements
- Proven experience with open enrollment cycles and ongoing benefits administration
- Strong partnership skills with Payroll, Finance, and Accounting teams
