A company is looking for a Benefits Manager to oversee the strategy and execution of U.S. employee benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage U.S. benefits strategy and administration, ensuring competitive and compliant offerings
• Lead vendor and broker relationships, including renewals and performance management
• Design and launch international benefits programs in new markets, ensuring compliance and employee satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing U.S. employee benefits programs
• Experience launching and scaling international benefits programs
• Strong subject matter expertise in benefits compliance and audit requirements
• Proven experience with open enrollment cycles and ongoing benefits administration
• Strong partnership skills with Payroll, Finance, and Accounting teams
