Key Responsibilities
- Manage leave of absence and accommodation programs, ensuring vendor performance and compliance
- Enhance benefits programs through process improvements, automation, and effective communication strategies
- Analyze data to identify trends and ensure compliance across health and welfare programs
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing employee benefits programs
- Proven operational and program management skills in multi-vendor environments
- Experience managing leave of absence programs with third-party administrators
- Effective analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations
- Experience with Workday benefits administration preferred
