Key Responsibilities

• Manage leave of absence and accommodation programs, ensuring vendor performance and compliance
• Enhance benefits programs through process improvements, automation, and effective communication strategies
• Analyze data to identify trends and ensure compliance across health and welfare programs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing employee benefits programs
• Proven operational and program management skills in multi-vendor environments
• Experience managing leave of absence programs with third-party administrators
• Effective analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations
• Experience with Workday benefits administration preferred
