Key Responsibilities

• Oversee employee benefit communications and ensure compliance and accuracy
• Develop and manage relationships with insurance brokers and benefit carriers
• Support benefit renewals and ensure compliance with applicable regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• Five or more years of experience in benefits administration
• Prior supervisory or lead experience
• Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
