Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Manager to lead the administration and improvement of employee benefits and absence processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee employee benefit programs and lead annual open enrollment
• Analyze plan performance and ensure compliance with regulations
• Manage leave and absence programs, providing guidance to employees and HR partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in benefits administration or related HR specialty, preferably in healthcare
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Strong knowledge of federal and state benefits and leave regulations
• Experience with vendor management and benefit platforms
