Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Manager (Health and Welfare and Retirement).

Key Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve escalated benefits cases from support teams
Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate on new system implementations
Prepare for Open Enrollment activities and coordinate onboarding for seasonal employees

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in benefits administration and analysis
Strong technical proficiency with systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, and Bswift
Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Familiarity with compliance requirements related to benefits and 401(k) regulations
