Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Benefits responsible for the administration and improvement of employee benefit programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, and retirement plans
- Oversee leave programs and provide training on compliance requirements
- Manage the annual benefits open enrollment process and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 7-10 years of related HR experience, with at least 5 years in benefits administration
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Experience in developing and implementing employee benefit programs
- Preferred certifications include Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
