Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Manager for a remote opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer all company benefit programs, ensuring alignment with business needs and colleague experience
- Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and business leaders to assess needs and deliver benefits initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships, oversee benefits operations, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in benefits administration or a related field
- Experience leading annual Open Enrollment and benefits implementation/change projects
- Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. benefits compliance requirements and leave-related coordination
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and market benchmarking
