Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Manager to oversee the administration and improvement of health, welfare, and retirement programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain U.S. health & welfare plans, ensuring accuracy and employee support
  • Partner with vendors and brokers to manage service delivery and resolve issues
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. regulations and support retirement plan operations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in U.S. benefits, including health/welfare and retirement programs
  • Strong knowledge of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and compliance requirements
  • Experience supporting benefits in Canada/Mexico is a plus
  • Strong vendor management and analytical skills
