Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Benefits to oversee employee benefit programs and ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans
  • Oversee leave programs and provide training on benefits and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate the annual benefits open enrollment process and manage vendor relationships
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 7-10 years of related HR experience, with at least 5 years in benefits administration
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Experience in leading and implementing employee benefit programs
  • Preferred certifications include Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
