Key Responsibilities

Manage health, welfare, and 401(k) programs
Lead Open Enrollment and vendor partnerships
Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA

Required Qualifications

4+ years in Benefits / Total Rewards
Strong knowledge of 401(k), FMLA, and compliance regulations
Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred)
Ability to manage multiple priorities
