Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Manager to lead and optimize Total Rewards programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage health, welfare, and 401(k) programs
- Lead Open Enrollment and vendor partnerships
- Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in Benefits / Total Rewards
- Strong knowledge of 401(k), FMLA, and compliance regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
