Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Manager to lead and optimize Total Rewards programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage health, welfare, and 401(k) programs
  • Lead Open Enrollment and vendor partnerships
  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years in Benefits / Total Rewards
  • Strong knowledge of 401(k), FMLA, and compliance regulations
  • Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
