Job Summary

Benefits Manager will lead strategic initiatives to enhance employee experience and optimize benefits offerings in a salaried, remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define benefits strategy in collaboration with HR and Total Rewards leadership
  • Utilize data analytics to optimize program effectiveness and engagement
  • Manage relationships with vendors, brokers, and third-party administrators
Required Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of prior benefits management experience
  • Deep expertise in health, welfare, and retirement programs
  • Experience managing vendors and third-party administrators
