Job Summary
Benefits Manager will lead strategic initiatives to enhance employee experience and optimize benefits offerings in a salaried, remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Define benefits strategy in collaboration with HR and Total Rewards leadership
- Utilize data analytics to optimize program effectiveness and engagement
- Manage relationships with vendors, brokers, and third-party administrators
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of prior benefits management experience
- Deep expertise in health, welfare, and retirement programs
- Experience managing vendors and third-party administrators
