Job Summary

Benefits Manager, responsible for the day-to-day administration and compliance of employee benefit programs, including health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, in a full-time salaried position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans
  • Oversee the annual benefits open enrollment process and provide training on benefits compliance
  • Coordinate benefits-related data exchange and ensure accurate administration across HRIS and vendor platforms
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 7-10 years of related HR experience with at least 5 years in benefits administration
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Experience in leading and implementing employee benefit programs
  • Preferred certifications: Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), or Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
