Job Summary

Leading a team of benefits analysts, the full-time remote Benefits Manager will oversee the administration of health and welfare plans, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with benefits regulations while driving employee engagement through effective communication strategies.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a team of benefits analysts, providing coaching and performance feedback
  • Oversee day-to-day administration of health and welfare plans, retirement programs, and wellness initiatives
  • Lead annual benefits planning cycles, including plan design reviews and contract negotiations
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in benefits administration
  • 1-2 years of people management or team leadership experience
  • Strong working knowledge of US benefits regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency with HRIS and benefits administration platforms
