Job Summary

Managing the administration of health & welfare and retirement benefit plans, the full-time Benefits Manager will ensure compliance, vendor management, and employee engagement while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Oversee self-funded health & welfare and 401k retirement benefit plans for the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, compliance requirements, and invoicing
  • Lead benefits projects including annual enrollment, audits, and compliance activities
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • 7+ years of experience in health & welfare benefits and 401k plan management, with 3+ years in a supervisory role
  • 1+ years of experience with Canada Benefits
  • Proficient in Excel and experienced with Workday
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
