Job Summary
Managing the administration of health & welfare and retirement benefit plans, the full-time Benefits Manager will ensure compliance, vendor management, and employee engagement while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee self-funded health & welfare and 401k retirement benefit plans for the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, compliance requirements, and invoicing
- Lead benefits projects including annual enrollment, audits, and compliance activities
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
- 7+ years of experience in health & welfare benefits and 401k plan management, with 3+ years in a supervisory role
- 1+ years of experience with Canada Benefits
- Proficient in Excel and experienced with Workday
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
