Job Summary
Overseeing the design and administration of health and welfare benefit programs, the full-time remote Benefits Manager will ensure compliance, optimize employee benefits experiences, and provide leadership to the benefits administration team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage employee benefit communications and oversee open enrollment activities to ensure clarity and compliance
- Develop relationships with insurance brokers and benefit carriers to support plan administration and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and support the administration of the company's retirement plan
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
- Five or more years of experience in benefits administration
- Prior supervisory or lead experience
- Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
