Job Summary

Leading the enterprise benefits program, the full-time Benefits Manager will manage health, dental, vision, and other employee benefits while ensuring compliance with regulations and enhancing employee engagement through effective communication and program evaluation.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and administer benefit policies and programs, ensuring market competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements
  • Manage relationships with external consultants and conduct benchmark analyses to optimize benefits offerings
  • Oversee the administration of the Employee Occupational Health Program to promote a safe and healthy work environment
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration/Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in employee benefit administration and human resources
  • Leadership experience in a corporate environment, preferably within healthcare
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state benefits regulations
  • Experience in managing and developing a benefits team
