Job Summary

Owning the day-to-day operations and administration of global benefits programs, the full-time remote Benefits Manager will manage enrollment processes, oversee billing reconciliations, and assist in open enrollment activities while collaborating with various teams and brokers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process daily enrollments, terminations, and Qualified Life Events (QLEs) across vendor portals
  • Oversee monthly reconciliations of carrier invoices against payroll deductions to ensure data accuracy
  • Act as the primary contact for local brokers to facilitate employee onboarding and maintain Local Benefit Guides
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in HR Operations or 1-2 years in benefits management
  • Exposure to international benefits is a plus, with a strong willingness to learn about global markets
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a structured approach to managing responsibilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex information for employees
