Job Summary
Responsible for the administration and continuous improvement of employee benefits programs, the full-time remote Benefits Manager will manage benefit plan configurations, oversee compliance, and provide exceptional support to employees while collaborating with various departments and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the ADP Workforce Now Benefits module, ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Oversee employee leaves of absence and coordinate with HR and third-party administrators for timely communication and compliance
- Generate and analyze compliance reports, ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations related to employee benefits
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Five to seven years of progressive experience administering employee benefit programs, preferably in a multi-state environment
- CEBS or CBP certifications preferred
- Demonstrated experience with ADP Workforce Now Benefits or a comparable HRIS platform
- Strong knowledge of ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, and FMLA regulations
