Benefits Manager

Job Summary

To support the execution of benefits programs across the Americas, the full-time salaried Benefits Manager will oversee the design, governance, and implementation of health, welfare, and retirement plans, ensuring compliance and operational effectiveness while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage benefits program execution and decision-making for U.S., Canada, and LATAM benefits within established governance frameworks
• Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local health and retirement plan requirements, ensuring accurate administration and reporting
• Lead complex benefits projects, vendor relationships, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and employee experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 8-12 years of progressive experience in benefits administration, analysis, or management
• Demonstrated experience managing complex benefits programs and vendor relationships
• Experience with Workday highly preferred; Businessolver experience is a plus
• Knowledge of benefits legislation and processes to ensure compliance and effective plan administration
