Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Manager for Canada and LATAM (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of benefits programs for Canada and LATAM
- Evaluate and recommend changes to benefits policies to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local regulations
- Manage relationships with benefits vendors and oversee the annual benefits renewal process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in international benefits administration, particularly in LATAM and Canada
- Strong knowledge of benefits regulations in Latin American countries and Canada
- Experience in developing employee education programs related to benefits
- Proficiency with Workday is a plus
