Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Manager for Canada and LATAM (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of benefits programs for Canada and LATAM
  • Evaluate and recommend changes to benefits policies to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local regulations
  • Manage relationships with benefits vendors and oversee the annual benefits renewal process
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in international benefits administration, particularly in LATAM and Canada
  • Strong knowledge of benefits regulations in Latin American countries and Canada
  • Experience in developing employee education programs related to benefits
  • Proficiency with Workday is a plus
