Job Summary

Managing the strategic design and compliance of disability, leave, and voluntary benefits programs, the full-time remote Benefits Manager, US Disability will oversee program management, vendor relations, and regulatory compliance while serving as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership.

Key responsibilities:
  • Design and recommend benefits programs aligned with corporate strategy and industry trends
  • Manage leave administration and interface with internal and external vendors for all leave of absence programs
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws related to benefits programs
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in benefits management within a large organization, preferably in manufacturing
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) or SHRM-CP/SCP are highly desirable
  • Expert knowledge of federal and state leave and disability laws and regulations
  • Proficient with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and benefits administration platforms
