Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Navigation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to user chats in a timely and HIPAA compliant manner
• Assist users with benefits questions, claims issues, and plan changes
• Follow up with users to ensure a pleasant experience and successful outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience/training
• 1 year of experience in HR and/or benefits administration
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and instant messaging
• Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
• Good general knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem and trends
