Benefits Operations Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time Benefits Operations Analyst will focus on benefits administration, data integrity, financial reconciliation, compliance, and employee support in a 100% remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute monthly billing reconciliations and manage discrepancies in benefits enrollment data
- Conduct ongoing data audits and troubleshoot file feed errors across various benefits systems
- Serve as a Tier 2 resource for escalated employee benefits inquiries and manage the benefits inbox
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in benefits administration or operations
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits, compliance regulations (ACA, ERISA, COBRA), and billing reconciliation
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- Experience with HRIS/benefits systems, with a preference for Workday
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently resolve complex issues
