Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the primary contact for benefits-related queries
- Participate in audits and develop standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Implement process improvements using AI tools and automation platforms to enhance service delivery
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of benefits and leave-related experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with federal and state regulations such as HIPAA, ACA, and FMLA preferred
- Experience with Workday HRIS required
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools or automation technologies to improve operational processes
