Job Summary

Key responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of benefits initiatives, from concept to implementation and employee adoption
- Oversee the administration of US health benefits and 401k plans, managing vendor relationships and system updates
- Design and optimize employee leave programs and wellness initiatives, ensuring a smooth experience for employees
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in US health benefits administration, 401k management, and employment compliance
- Advanced knowledge of US health care infrastructure, ERISA rules, and multi-state compliance
- Proven ability to evaluate complex factors and make strategic recommendations
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Finance, and Accounting
- Strong track record of measuring success based on employee outcomes and compliance health
