Key Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional customer service during client interactions and project execution
• Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables for annual enrollment and ACA filing
• Provide training and support on system usage and best practices to clients

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience or a bachelor's degree in business, management, or technology
• 3-5 years of experience in technology, healthcare, human resources, or benefit administration
• 3+ years of experience in HCM and benefit management within a SaaS organization
• Strong project management or relationship management experience
• Proficient in Excel
