A company is looking for a Benefits Operations Specialist to support health benefits operations for production companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operational tasks related to health benefits, including onboarding, offboarding, and reporting
• Ensure accurate data entry and timely reporting for customer medical benefits
• Respond to customer inquiries and support client onboarding for health benefits programs

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in high-volume operational roles, preferably in tech or health insurance
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with data entry in various software systems
• Preferred experience in the entertainment payroll industry
