Job Summary

Managing employee benefits programs across the Americas, the full-time Benefits Partner will oversee the administration of health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs while ensuring compliance and vendor management, working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer day-to-day operations of benefits programs, including enrollment and vendor partnerships
  • Serve as the functional expert for benefits within the HCM system, maintaining data accuracy and leading system integrations
  • Act as a subject matter expert for employee inquiries, developing communication materials to enhance the employee experience
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience administering benefits programs in a multinational organization
  • Experience with HRIS and leave management systems, preferably Workday
  • Knowledge of statutory and supplementary benefits, with experience in Brazil and Canada preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of statutory and/or US state leave regulations
  • Willingness to support benefits globally, if needed
