A company is looking for a Benefits Plan Configuration Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Create plan configurations based on plan documents and standards
Build and test medical and dental plan benefits and logic sets
Troubleshoot system issues, resolve problems, and communicate changes to other departments

Required Qualifications:

4-5 years of health insurance related Plan Building experience
Experience with automated claim adjudication systems
Experience in a start-up environment is a plus
Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
