Benefits Processing Associate

Job Summary

Managing participant distributions from 401(k) accounts, the full-time remote Benefits Processing Associate will ensure accurate processing, troubleshoot system issues, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all data is reviewed for accuracy and escalate discrepancies to maintain compliant customer accounts
• Process participant distributions promptly, meeting deadlines and ensuring accuracy without delays
• Facilitate communication between teams to resolve customer inquiries and contribute to workflow improvements

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Accounting or 401(k) Recordkeeping (preferred)
• Strong aptitude for working with numbers
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to identify and suggest process improvements
