Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Program Manager to lead and manage employee benefits and leave of absence programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage global employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Guide employees through company-sponsored and regulatory leaves, ensuring smooth administration and compliance
  • Support HR initiatives and special projects related to benefits systems and Total Rewards functions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in benefits administration
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS/Benefits administration systems, preferably Workday
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and compliance requirements
  • Experience managing benefit or leave brokers and negotiating contracts
