Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Program Manager to lead and manage employee benefits and leave of absence programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage global employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations
- Guide employees through company-sponsored and regulatory leaves, ensuring smooth administration and compliance
- Support HR initiatives and special projects related to benefits systems and Total Rewards functions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in benefits administration
- Hands-on experience with HRIS/Benefits administration systems, preferably Workday
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and compliance requirements
- Experience managing benefit or leave brokers and negotiating contracts
