Job Summary

Responsible for the design and execution of global benefits programs, the full-time remote Benefits Program Manager will oversee health, retirement, and wellness initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the administration of health and wellness programs, evaluating performance and recommending enhancements
  • Develop and manage retirement and voluntary benefits programs, ensuring strategic alignment and compliance
  • Establish governance frameworks for PTO policies and oversee complex leave programs, including FMLA and disability
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 7-10+ years of experience managing benefits programs across various jurisdictions
  • Experience with benefits platforms and HRIS systems such as Workday or ADP
  • Strong understanding of benefits-related regulations including ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret benefits utilization and cost trends
