Job Summary
Responsible for the design and execution of global benefits programs, the full-time remote Benefits Program Manager will oversee health, retirement, wellness, and leave programs while ensuring compliance and enhancing employee engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the administration and continuous improvement of health and wellness programs, including medical plans and financial health initiatives
- Develop and manage retirement programs and oversee voluntary benefits offerings to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness
- Establish governance frameworks for PTO policies and manage complex leave programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 7-10+ years of experience managing benefits programs across various jurisdictions
- Experience with benefits platforms and HRIS systems such as Workday or ADP
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret benefits data and make actionable recommendations
- Deep understanding of benefits-related regulations including ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA
