Job Summary
Supporting the Benefits team with administering AMER benefits programs, the full-time remote Benefits Programs Manager will manage day-to-day benefits administration, ensure compliance with regulations, and serve as the primary point of contact for employee support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day benefits administration for employee programs, including health insurance and retirement plans
- Oversee AMER benefits compliance activities and partner with stakeholders to address issues and implement changes
- Act as the primary liaison with benefits vendors, tracking service delivery and resolving vendor issues
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of work experience in HR or benefits, or a related University degree
- Experience with HRIS or benefits administration software preferred, particularly Workday
- Familiarity with benefits compliance activities in the US or broader Americas region
- Knowledge of basic HR principles and developing understanding of benefits compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote environment
