Benefits Realization Architect
Job Summary
To support the financial health of the organization, the full-time Benefits Realization Architect will manage data-driven decision-making and strategic analytics, collaborating with Financial Planning & Analysis and Operations to establish KPIs and develop executive-level decision support tools while working remotely from designated states.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and execute end-to-end analytics strategies in partnership with Financial Planning & Analysis and Digital Financial Informatics
- Define KPIs and success metrics to measure the impact of digital initiatives
- Develop and maintain enterprise-wide dashboards for real-time financial monitoring and present insights through data visualization
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 9+ years of experience without a degree
- 7+ years of experience in analytics, data architecture, or a related field within healthcare
- Strong expertise in Epic data models, Clarity, Caboodle, and Slicer-Dicer
- Proficiency in SQL or other programming languages for data analysis
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
