Benefits Realization Architect
Job Summary
To support financial health initiatives, the full-time Benefits Realization Architect will design and execute analytics strategies, define KPIs, and develop data visualization dashboards while working remotely in select states.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end analytics strategies in partnership with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Digital Financial Informatics
- Define KPIs and success metrics to measure the impact of digital initiatives
- Develop and maintain enterprise-wide dashboards for real-time financial monitoring
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 9+ years of experience without a degree
- 7+ years of experience in analytics, data architecture, or a related field within healthcare
- Strong expertise in Epic data models, Clarity, Caboodle, and Slicer-Dicer
- Proficiency in SQL or other programming languages for data analysis
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
