Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Senior Associate to support health and welfare benefit initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Benefits COE with vendor accountability, strategy execution, and program management
  • Develop and maintain an annual health plan compliance calendar, including necessary filings and testing
  • Handle escalated issues and provide direction and education to the Benefits Administration Team
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • GBA/CEBS certification
  • 5 years of relevant benefit experience
  • 5 years of experience in a collaborative environment
  • Working knowledge of ERISA and applicable legislation
