Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Senior Manager to lead the strategy and governance of health and welfare programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the multi-year benefits strategy for the U.S. and Puerto Rico, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Establish governance frameworks for consistency and operational excellence across benefit programs
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to HR leadership and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and execution
Required Qualifications
  • Doctorate degree and 2 years of benefits experience, or equivalent education and experience
  • Advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CEBS) preferred
  • 8-12+ years of progressive experience in benefits, focusing on strategy and program design
  • Deep expertise in U.S. health & welfare programs and knowledge of Puerto Rico benefits regulations
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements (ERISA, ACA, FMLA, etc.)
